FIVE YEARS OF LEARNING WHAT WORKS
You shouldn’t have to figure out the job search formula.
Apply directly or ask for a referral? Which job board? Email or LinkedIn? How many applications? When to follow up?
Over five years, we’ve worked closely with thousands of students and helped more than 1,000 land their dream jobs. Along the way, we learned which patterns helped turn applications and conversations into opportunities.
Now, that experience lives in Otto.
You set the destination.
Otto helps choose the next move.
