Terms of Service

JobMate is a job-search assistant that scores roles against your resume, generates tailored application materials (resumes, cover letters, outreach, and decks), helps you find contacts, and tracks your applications. JobMate is currently in beta and provided as-is.

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use JobMate. Keep your login credentials secure.

Use JobMate only for your own genuine job search. Do not use it to send spam, harass anyone, misrepresent your identity or qualifications, scrape the service, or violate the terms of any third-party platform (including LinkedIn, Gmail, or job boards) or any applicable law.

You are responsible for the content you send. JobMate generates drafts to help you; you review and decide what to send, and you are accountable for those communications.

Scores, resumes, cover letters, outreach, and other outputs are generated by AI and may contain errors or omissions. Review everything before relying on or sending it. Do not present AI-generated claims you cannot substantiate. JobMate does not guarantee any job, interview, or outcome.

If you connect Google (Gmail or Calendar) or other services, your use of those services remains subject to their own terms. JobMate accesses them only as described in our Privacy Policy and only with your authorization, which you can revoke at any time.

You own the career information and content you provide, and the materials JobMate generates for you. JobMate owns the software, design, and brand. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service for your personal job search.

JobMate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobMate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost opportunities arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using JobMate and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms as the product evolves; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
